Moldova and Romania rover

Tom, OE4EIE (QO-100 Dx Club #1532) will be operating from various grids in Moldova and Romania as YO/OE4EIE and ER/OE4EIE between 18 - 31 July 2026.

The highlight will be KN38 and KN48, not yet QRV via QO100.
