Chinese rover **Update #3**
2025-07-29
Note from the administrators: the correct way to log those QSO (for our club or LOTW purposes) is using VUCC_GRIDS ADIF field in place of GRID.
Please note only 2 (or 4) grids are allowed and they must be 4 characters long, separated with comma and no spaces between characters. Any other format will be ignored.
Examples : <VUCC_GRIDS:9>LL80,LK89 or <VUCC_GRIDS:19>LK87,LK88,LK78,LK77
Thank you for your cooperation. 73

Update 30 Jul 2025 23.00z: "We will primarily operate FT8 on the QO-100 using the BY1HT/9 callsign. If time permits, we may TX with our own callsign (BI1FJK, BI1MHK or BG7QIW).
Sorry, we did not find a suitable place to operate the satellite at the NM77/87 boundary today, so log will only be recorded as NM87 (single grid).
The environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is harsh, and we have encountered many difficulties in our operation.
All logs will be uploaded to LoTW. If you need our paper QSL card, please visit the QRZ.com page of BY1HT, BI1FJK, BI1MHK and BG7QIW (better to send it with SASE)."
TNX Rui for the update.
Rui Lan BG7QIW (QO-100 Dx Club #1491) together with BI1FJK and BI1MHK (QO-100 Dx Club #1628) plan to operate from 11 grids NM69, NM68, NN70, NM79, NM78, NM77, NM87, NM97, NM96, OM07 and OM06 via QO-100 during the next days.
We will post more news as they are available.
TNX Florian, DF2ET for the info.
