To celebrate the 160th anniversary of ITU foundation, the IARC (International Amateur Radio Club) station will be on the air using 4U0ITU call sign.

The celebrations will begin on Friday, 16 May 2025 at 08:00 UTC with a speech by ITU SG Ms. Doreen Bogdan-Martin KD2JTX on QO-100 satellite.

At the same time, operations will begin on all HF bands. Under favorable conditions, operations on 6m are also planned.
