Update 19 Apr 2024 13.30z: "Hello everyone! As some of you may have noticed, I am back on board of R/V "Polarstern" and once again active as DP0POL/MM. I will be here for two weeks and try to activate a few new squares during that time. But please keep in mind that I am here to work, so I can only operate in the evenings. I am also busy uploading older logs of DP0POL/MM to LotW. I started with the FT4 log. Andy has recently activated a few new squares in the deep South using that mode. The FT4 log is now complete at LotW. If you did not get a match, please make sure you uploaded these QSOs as DP0POL/MM. If you entered only DP0POL, there will not be a match. If it does not work for you, let me know, and I can check the log manually.
For all other logs, CW and SSB: I am working on it. It takes some time, as separate LotW locations have to be created for every square. So please give me a few more days for that. 73 from the South Atlantic! Felix, DL5XL, at DP0POL/MM."

Due this information the we decided to validate both calls (DP0POL or DP0POL/MM) for FT4 QSO.

DP0POL/MM, the Research Vessel Polarstern is on the way home (Bremerhaven, Germany) and is due to arrive at the Canary Is. (EA8) on 03 May 2024.

During the stop at Walvis Bay (Namibia), Felix DL5XL board the ship and he is the current operator.

He was QRV today from JH50 and he will try to operate from as many grids as possible during the next weeks.
