LO05 and LO15 **Update**

2023-07-20

Info from the operator:

"RA3S/P  QRA LO15/LO05/LO04 22 July.

Plans.
Start time in LO15 ~ 8...10 UTC  (depends on travel time and station installation). I'll be QRV from LO15 for ~3...4 hours (until pile-up is  ended).

Then I'll move to LO05 (this will take a bit of time, my place is the border between LO15 and LO05) and be active from there for ~2...3 hours.

On the way back home in the evening, I'll stop somewhere at LO04 and be active from there for ~1...2 hours.

QSO
1. SSB only. Frequency .655
2. Durinng QSO please send me only your call and RS report. I don't need your grid LOC/name/QTH/power/antenna/etc :). My time on the air is
limited. In addition will breaks to recharge batteries. Please, give a chance to other stations.
3. If will be more than a few callers, I will use split. Any fragment of the callsign, which I received, will pull out to the complete QSO. Other stations please wait the end of the current QSO and no make QRM.
4. I prefer to respond first to stations with a small signal first (habit from HF :)
5. My portable station does not have full duplex. So it makes no sense to call me durinng my transmit.
6. If will a lot of callers, work by number. Each number will be worked to the end of the callers. If your signal  more, than level of the transpoder noise, no one is left unanswered. Excluded situation "my number ended, but I have no QSO".

QSL LotW only."

Igor, RA3S (QO-100 Dx Club #651) is planing to activate squares LO15ac and LO05xc on Saturday 22 July 2023 using RA3S/P call.

Approximate start time is between 9-10 UTC. Time on the air: 2~3 hours in each grid.

The distance is about 200 km, half of the way on dirt roads plus a ferry crossing.

There will be pauses to charge the batteries from the car (there is no power grid in place).

Mobile internet coverage is very poor (mobile operator predicts at best a few kBps).

He will not be able promptly to read and reply to any possible message.

He might also make a short stop at LO04.
