J28PJ will be active from Guinea (3X) and Sierra Leone (9L), starting September 2021. Jean Philip will operate from IJ38 & IJ39 grid locators.
Recently, during a QSO on QO-100, he said he will upload his log to LOTW during summer, after he returns to his home QTH.
